BEAST summarises a submission, cross-checks documents against each other, and raises what a reviewer would otherwise catch by hand — an expired licence, an entity that doesn't match the T&C, an unexplained inflow. It drafts the RFI. It never auto-approves.
Nothing gets approved with an open blocker.
Every unresolved issue is tracked as a blocker — what it is, why it matters, what closes it. Stages are flagged blocking or non-blocking, so a file can't quietly clear settlement while a real question is open.
